SPECIALIZED PRODUCTION CENTRE

Conceived for optimal development of the final product, our moulds for O-rings and rubber technical components are produced entirely in Italy and are optimised on the basis of the operative and production conditions they have to undergo.
In order to guarantee the entire quality process, we have equipped our production centre with grinding machines for creating utensils, profile projectors and three-axis machining centres.
Once mould production has finished and on the customer’s request, we release the certifications for the material used and the chromium plating treatments carried out. Our after-sales service offers prompt services for assistance and routine and extraordinary maintenance in order to guarantee long-lasting constant efficiency for the moulds and to reduce the customer’s machine downtime to a minimum.
